SPIRITUAL ENERGY WORK SESSIONS
In these sessions, we will focus purely on working with non-physical energy for healing, clearing, and shifting.
These are the only sessions that require the following from my clients:
- Maintain a consistent clean diet and lifestyle for at least two weeks prior to your session. This involves eating a majority of your food organic, taking only medically necessary medications, abstaining from alcohol, smoking and recreational drugs, and keeping chemicals off of your skin and out of your diet.
You can expect the following from working with me:
1. I am diligent about working in alignment with The Light. The energy healing and clearing technologies I use and share have been brought forth with the intention to work safely and effectively in the way of the Highest Good of All.
2. You will walk away with empowerment. In these sessions, I share guidance, information, tools, and techniques that we can use during session, and also that you can use on your own to maintain your own health and to continue forward in your healing.
3. I am focused upon using gentle techniques that work with the unique energetic structure of each individual. There is not one size fits all when it comes to energy work, especially for very sensitive children and adults. As a very highly sensitive person myself, I deeply understand the needs of sensitive people.
